Success Through Mind Power Philosophy

The issue of lack of concentration is not limited to young children only. Many adults complain about it and look for advice on how to increase concentration. During coaching sessions, I have come across many such requests and here are some tips that I found to be most effective.

A person earning $50,000 per year is not earning that because they want to. They desire to earn far more than that. However, when this person is presented with the idea of earning $200,000 per year, he will reject the idea. Now why would he reject the idea? Because that idea is far beyond what he is currently getting in his life. He thinks that he cannot earn more.

Cultivate the habit of looking at everything constructively. Believe that the best is going to happen. Optimism is a builder. If you want to be happy and wealthy, you must think the happy and abundance thoughts and not limit yourself.

High stress levels culminates into depressed immune system. It is true. You start getting unexplained illnesses such as headaches pimples skin ulcerations swellings in the impaired mental faculties armpits swellings on the ankles and feet common colds and lack of appetite. All these are manifestations of a drop in your immune system that have been triggered by your high stress levels, which can be traced to your current situation of having lost your lover.

Put your heart with mind – applying your mind to the work is a prerequisite in any case; however adding curiosity and positive attitude makes the real difference. When you become inquisitive and start enjoying the study, assimilation and understanding is much faster, much better.

Balls and rounded hoops are perfectly safe for the baby to handle and play with. For the first year and a half, do not give the baby box-type toys, particularly if the corners of the box are pointed.

To reach this point, the dreams had to teach me what love was. The Beatles sang, “Love is all you need,” but what is love? Love is compassion, and not everybody has it. The dreams introduced the spiritual to me and taught me lessons of compassion and self-sacrifice.

14. Tear it apart – you have a nicely bound new book; but the size is so dreadful that you hardly touch it; so it remains new for years together. Total wastage! Remove its binding, convert it into small manageable pieces, may be 5, 10 or 15 pages. Pick up one at a time and handle it with a smile. At the end of it, even though short of a showpiece in your book shelf; you will be happy about this loss, I am sure!
