Nowadays, people always think of money. They spend long, tedious hours working for and earning money. They often forget about eating or releasing stress through eating. Stressful lifestyles can have a hazardous and irrevocable effects to your health. Fatal diseases like cancer can hit you if you don’t act on your health now.

Most meat is grown on factory farms where antibiotics and hormones are injected into the animals. Not only that, but these animals are being held in confined spaces and are being fed foods that are unnatural for them to eat. With all this taking place, it is no wonder that our nation’s health is deteriorating.

Until they accomplish the task or until they die! Begin today embracing the ant theory throughout your own journey. Continue to implement these daily habits “until” you are successful! Failure is not an option!

Health is simple, healthcare is not. If we keep it simple and manage health, we don’t need as much of the complicated, expensive care. Wellness is the answer. When you look at individual people, each and every person has to be responsible for their health. Being responsible for your health means accountability for your care but also for your actions and efforts to minimize that care.

Health and Healthy Ageing: According to World Health Organisation, “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” This definition entered into force on 7th April 1948 and has not been amended since. It is very relevant and has a lot of significance in today’s times. The key component of overall health which is included in the definition according to me is “social” health. This word struck me as very progressive. It is this aspect of health which promotes a well-rounded lifestyle. Evidences and researches suggest that elderly people might delay cognitive decline by being socially engaged.

We should not mistreat or neglect other people on the basis of their tribes, or because of mistakes-either theirs or ours, or even cultural differences. As children of God, it is not wise for us to attack other people for the negatives that we see in them or in us. If we really can understand God’s nature of unconditional love, and apply it in our lives as He wants, we can always acknowledge Him even if we can’t see our way out of troubles. We can find it easy to love unlovable people, we can have the right attitude that no matter what happens, and we shall praise God. We can realize that our response of praise and devotion to God completes the life giving cycle.
